Edwina Horgan, Vagabond Tours
Edwina Horgan is the Sustainability General Executive at Vagabond Tours. She has a strong passion for the natural world and is currently leading the charge on all things sustainability for Vagabond Tours. Edwina spearheaded the company’s B Corp recertification and is in the process of obtaining the Sustainable Tourism Networks gold certification. She continues to lead many other sustainability initiatives within the company.

Caitlin Breen, Airfield Estate
Caitlin Breen is Airfield Estate’s Youth Activism Officer. In this role Caitlin works to engage the public, and in particular young people in agri-food systems, in part through enabling Airfield Estate’s Youth Board. Caitlin is a member of the Irish National Chapter of the World Food Forum, the National Youth Food Forum and was a member of the Irish National Delegation which attended the WFF in 2023 and which will attend in 2024. She is also the Act4Food Youth Leader for Ireland. Prior to this role Caitlin worked in research, focused on sustainable agriculture in sub-Saharan Africa and she completed an MSc in Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security.

Joseph Higgins, Guinness Storehouse
Joseph Higgins is the Deputy General Manager at the Guinness Storehouse, where he has been an integral part of the team for 24 years. With extensive experience across various roles within the organisation, he has spent the past 15 years in senior management positions, contributing significantly to the Storehouse’s success and evolution as a leading global visitor attraction. A graduate of GMIT with a degree in Hotel Management, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current role. His commitment to sustainability and innovation in hospitality continues to shape the visitor experience and drive operational excellence at the Guinness Storehouse.
