Our dedication to responsible practices goes beyond the kitchen. As proud catering partners to Naas Racecourse, we are working together to make it the first racecourse in Ireland to eliminate single-use plastic cups. In collaboration with Eco-Friendly Cups, a reusable cup system is now in place at all race meetings, where guests pay a small refundable deposit for their cup—significantly reducing waste while promoting environmental responsibility at large-scale events.

We are at the beginning of our sustainability journey, however we are committed to making meaningful progress and setting ambitious goals as we grow. We are continually reviewing our operations to identify practical ways to reduce our environmental impact and operate more responsibly across our events and supply chain.

Sustainability-Related Awards, Certifications, Qualifications

We are committed to responsible business practices through its participation in the Ireland Food Waste Charter and membership of the Sustainable Business Network (SBN). By signing the Food Waste Charter, we pledge to measure, reduce, and report food waste across its operations, helping to minimise waste throughout the food supply chain. As a member of the Sustainable Business Network, we also collaborate with like-minded organisations to support ethical sourcing, transparent supply chains, and environmentally responsible procurement. Together, these initiatives guide the our approach to sustainability, ensuring that our food and services are aligned with strong environmental and community values.

Community Or Local Projects

We are proud to support Teach Dara in Kildare Town through a quarterly donation of fresh fruit and vegetables. This partnership allows us to contribute directly to the local community while ensuring good-quality produce reaches people who can benefit from it most. Supporting organisations like Teach Dara is an important part of our commitment to community engagement and reducing food waste.
